9. Ecosystem for Change

Establish and Maintain an Ecosystem for Change

There is only one kind of ecosystem that is not only viable but has become necessary and that is one that fulfills the purpose of what it means to be a human being and viable in our contemporary world that is full of perplexity. It is an ecosystem with the only purpose of fulfilling what it means to be a human being and the kind of human being that is not only appropriate but indeed called for in our contemporary world full of perplexity.

It is an ecosystem where each and every human being does not only have the opportunity but is consciously, purposefully, and continually challenged with the uncompromising response-ability to sustain an ever-increasing, dynamic optimisation of being and becoming fully human. This is recognised through dynamic growth and upward movement through the seven OI levels. This is an ecosystem that is specially designed to incubate, volitionise and propel the human being through the A levels of dependence to the B levels of dignity of the A2B Transformation Movement - thus an ecosystem that leaves nothing to chance (ecosystem for chance) but ensures that everything is purposed for transformative change (Ecosystem for change - E4C). Such an ecosystem is also called a Human Optimisation Operating System (HOOS).

HOOS

The HOOS

The HOOS (Human Optimisation Operating System) is a predesigned operating system that can be integrated into any workplace to:

  • Help businesses recruit self-motivated employees who perform independently.
  • Increase the morale and cultivate an inclusive, accepting, and equitable work culture.
  • Motivate and uplift the people who are passionate about self-development.
  • Rebuild trust and respect between people.
  • Increase their OI levels (the ability to perform) of CEOs, managers, and workforce.
  • Increase the productivity of the workforce as a whole.
  • Empower people through teaching co-ownership (giving people incentive to grow).
  • Rewire people’s brains, to help them break free from restrictive patterns and behaviours.
  • Activate everyone’s volition through fun, practical activities.

The HOOS is integrated into several practitioner affiliates in South Africa. These practitioners include social enterprises, businesses, and schools. Practitioners have a license to implement A2B in their organisations and receive a myriad of learning materials, training videos, posters, and tools to guide and inspire their change journeys.

For more info on the license agreement, please contact office@a2btransformation.com

Remember that The HOOS can be fully integrated into any sector of society.

A2B operates in these various sectors:

  • Social enterprises
  • Education
  • Corporate
  • Entrepreneurial
  • Agricultural
  • Leadership
  • Parenting
  • Training
  • Child-development
  • Private (individuals)

Life transforming action

The challenger has to ensure that the ecosystem is especially and exclusively designed as an E4C!

There are 10 critical components that has to operate in interconnected ways according to their respective modus operandi.

  1. Leadership

The A2B Transformation Movement partners who have completed all four of the partnership modules to the highest level of transformation as determined by the A2B Transformation Movement Management have to complete A2B Life Transformation Leadership (LTL) Course and will act as LTL’s, A2B Role models and A2B Facilitators and A2B Change Agents who will become OI smart on all strategic levels. They know how to spot power- partners (PP’s) which should be plug-in services to the HOOS with similar ER’s.

  1. Incubation

Incubation for all employees on all levels from top to bottom is non-negotiable with the following relevant time and resources allocation:

    1. Pre Incubation: Recruitment, assessment, Induction, paradigm shift achievement and contractual agreement (35% of time and resources)
    2. Incubation (50% of time and resources)
    3. Post Incubation (15% of time and resources)
  1. ER

Start every single task with visualising the end in mind.

  1. Stringtool

Use the stringtool for task analysis that gives 11 critical steps of how to plot any task that is to be undertaken in a sequential way and making provision for all circumstances and conditions for its successful completion.

  1. CBTWA

Use the CBTWA formula for sustainable and life enhancing learning and transformation with special attention to start with absolutely clear Conception and unrelenting Belief of what is possible before manifesting it in expressive reality.

  1. OI scale:

Use the OI scale as the foundation for every single decision to be made in relation to human development and performance in the ecosystem.

  1. Hardwires:

Be acutely aware of the influence of the hardwires in the performance of individuals and collectively in the organisation and rectify immediately.

  1. Revolution Journey

Engage in the re-volutionary journey of rewiring hardwires immediately if and when necessary before consequences can erupt.

  1. Boundary management

Take immediate appropriate and transformative OI action when boundaries are challenged in any way.

  1. Value Market.
