Transformative Leadership Course – Module 1

Transformation - It’s all in Your Mind

Gain a fresh outlook on leadership by comprehending how your brain works and responds. Undertake a serious process of re-engineering in which you become aware of the internal workings of your brain and evaluate your responsiveness in various challenges. Through this, you will learn how to tap into your brain's incredible potential to surpass limitations and thrive as a highly effective human being. This will be facilitated by using the initial set of OI Development Tools, which will also offer an in-depth understanding of Occupational Intelligence (OI). You will learn to assess your own and others' levels of OI responsiveness by utilising the OI 7-Point Scale.

This course takes place over two days and is hosted on the picturesque A2B Eco Farm in KZN. Surrounded by magical forests and hills, the lush landscape will give you a sense of calm as you move in and out of your comfort zone.
