Transformative Leadership Course – Module 2

Being the Best Task-Man-Fit

The purpose of this module is to enhance human optimisation by assessing one's level of skill and competence, also known as the Occupational Intelligence (OI) level. OI level determines how well one can handle different tasks, making it important to assign the right person to a task to achieve optimal performance. When assessing a person's suitability for a challenge, three factors are crucial: their OI level, the difficulty of the challenge in relation to the responder, and the responder's Hardwires, which include their predispositions, personality traits, and default behavioural patterns. This module aims to facilitate successful task completion and enhance overall human and workforce performance.

This course takes place over two days and is hosted on the picturesque A2B Eco Farm in
KZN. Surrounded by magical forests and hills, the lush landscape will give you a sense of calm as you move in and out of your comfort zone.
