Description

Transformative Leadership Course – Module 3

Managing yourself – In your Ecosystem

The objective of this module is to help individuals handle challenges within their ecosystems and curate them to operate seamlessly, building upon the knowledge gained from the previous two modules. The aim is for each person to take responsibility for their own transformation, inspiring a collective effort towards transforming the entire ecosystem. The focus is on achieving efficiency and cohesion within the ecosystem, with everyone taking ownership and responding appropriately to overcome any barriers that may arise due to individual differences in OI levels or hardwiring. The module provides guidance on how to identify and optimize the structure and function of an ecosystem tailored for human participation, ensuring it continually moves towards the highest level of efficiency and response-ability.

This course takes place over two days and is hosted on the picturesque A2B Eco Farm in
KZN. Surrounded by magical forests and hills, the lush landscape will give you a sense of calm as you move in and out of your comfort zone.
