Description

Transformative Leadership Course – Module 4

Leading Organisation Change

This module will tip you from being a dependent leader to being entirely autonomous. You will be empowered to recognize and utilize your innate leadership abilities, enabling you to embark on the challenging path of social entrepreneurship. The ability to create change in a society that is so resistant to it requires leaders to be adaptive, responsive, and contributive (RAC) in everything they do. This is what Module 4 is all about! Learn how to be fearless, daring, and unapologetic in your quest for change.

This course takes place over two days and is hosted on the picturesque A2B Eco Farm in
KZN. Surrounded by magical forests and hills, the lush landscape will give you a sense of calm as you move in and out of your comfort zone.
